Print Return Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
