What is the shipping timeframe for LEGOLAND New York apparel?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your Brick-tastic gear leaves the resort.

Do you offer returns on worn clothing?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

How do I determine the correct size for my child?

We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Our apparel generally follows standard US sizing, but we recommend sizing up if your child is between sizes for maximum comfort.

Are the exclusive resort hoodies machine washable?

Yes, our high-quality hoodies and t-shirts are machine washable. We recommend washing them inside out in cold water to preserve the vibrant colors and graphics.
